The world moves based on harmony. Fortunately, we live more in peace than in a war. There isn’t progress, peace or success without cooperation. The relationship is the basis to the development, increase and accomplishment. The harmony will be better spread when we are able to use our empathy (ability to put ourselves on other people’ shoes) . With the empathy you will know how to think and act. Furthermore, you will be able to understand t people better, and count with their cooperation. Through people’s contribution, not conflict, we can achieve the success.
