How should behave a boss?

Is your boss efficient? Do you appreciate his way to lead the group?
A research organized by Administration Professional International Institute, in the United States published on an on line Magazine “Training Magazine”, on February 2nd says that:
- What does an efficient boss do?
37% of people said that to be a good communicator it is essential to be a good manager.
- When people were asked about: What should your boss do to be a better communicator?
30% of interviewees said that they must be clear on task assignment. This is the most important strategy to a boss communicate in an optimized way.
About 22% said that a boss must hear the group opinion.
17% believed in an open door boss
16% believed that a boss has to be open to new ideas.
